Dr Adel Atallah General Practitioner

Dr Adel Atallah has over 20 years of experience in General Practice within Sydney’s inner west. He covers all areas of family medicine including men’s health, women’s health, and children’s health. Dr Atallah has special interest in sports medicine, emergency care, and chronic disease management.

Dr Mehdi Monfared General Practitioner

Dr Mehdi Monfared for more than 14 years has worked in GP and emergency settings, across different states in Australia. He was awarded his GP fellowship in 2017 and his Emergency Medicine subspecialty in 2016 from the Royal Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine.

Dr Monfared holds an Advanced Certificate for Dermoscopy and a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. He is also an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. He also does cosmetic work including cosmetic injectables (Botulinum Toxin A) and dermal fillers as well as facial contouring and medical rhinoplasty.

He also holds a Diploma in Children’s Health from the University of Sydney in 2014 and has completed a scholarship program with the NSW Health and Education and Training Institute (HETI) in Clinical Team Leadership Program (CTLP) in 2015. Dr Monfared has a strong interest in educating junior doctors and medical students and was a lecturer with University of New South Wales and University of Wollongong. He helps his patients with in skin cancers (including melanoma), mental health issues, Chronic diseases eg Asthma, COPD, and Diabetes, Emergency Medicine, paediatrics, and also looks after orthopaedic and trauma patients. This has given him a wealth of knowledge to look after his patients as a strong believer of holistic Medicine. He emphasizes on holistic approach and well being of his patients and is interested in the care of patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, osteoarthritis, asthma and COPD, orthopaedics, trauma and work injuries, as well as mental health. He is also very confident in managing work-place injuries and performing pre-employment medicals and has extensive knowledge of how to manage skin lesions, skin cancers and melanomas.

Dr Xiao Luo General Practitioner

Dr Xiao Luo is a General Practitioner who graduated with a PhD in Medicine. She then pursued a career in Medical Research in Australia and USA for 10 years with special interests in cardiovascular disease, diabetes and renal disease. She acquired a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the University of Sydney and a Certificate in Women’s’ Health from NSW Family Planning Australia.

Dr Luo completed her medical training at hospitals in Sydney. Her training in mental health at St Vincent Hospital has offered extensive experience in various areas of psychiatry. Her experience in paediatrics at the Westmead Children’s Hospital has been valuable in management of paediatric conditions throughout her general practice years.

Dr Luo has worked as a General Practitioner in a Private Clinic and a Visiting Medical Officer at the local hospital on the South Coast, NSW. This offered her the opportunities to manage complicated and serious conditions independently due to lack of specialist input in this regional community. She has special interest in detection of skin cancers and she have acquired skills in surgical treatment of skin cancers.

Dr Luo always maintains a balanced life style. She jogs daily prior to work, and plays golf and practises piano in her free time. She believes that a doctor needs to maintain a good physical and mental health so that she can offer the best care to her patients. She speaks Mandarin and English.

Dr Kanav Malhotra General Practitioner

Dr Kanav Malhotra BMed (UNSW) MD (UNSW) MS (USyd) FRACGP completed his General Practice training in 2019 and a Masters of Surgery from the University of Sydney. Dr Malhotra specialises in the non surgical management of rhinosinusitis and common ENT conditions as well as various allergy conditions. He also has a keen interest in Workcover medicine, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and gut health.

Dr Malhotra completed his Bachelor of Medicine/Doctorate of Medicine from University of New South Wales in 2014 and subsequently trained at Westmead, Coffs Harbour and Mt Druitt hospitals before commencing private practice.

Dr Malhotra likes to hike, keep fit, travel and spend time with his family when he is not at work and has also acted in stage dramas for charity.

Dr Sebastian Rodrigues General Practitioner

Dr Sebastian Rodrigues MBBS FRACS MS DNB Member (BREASTSURGANZ) has been trained both in Australia and internationally. He has 25 years of clinical experience and has been practising in general surgery since 1995 in Mumbai, India at one of the largest tertiary referral centres. Dr Rodrigues has obtained Masters in Surgery and Diplomate National Board (DNB) which are the surgical fellowships in India. He gained valuable experience in emergency and elective general surgery during this time.

After immigrating to Australia in 2005, Dr Rodrigues retrained with Royal Australasian College of Surgeons at the Prince of Wales Hospital network, Sydney. He went through broad general surgical and sub speciality rotations like upper gastrointestinal, colorectal and breast and endocrine in various hospitals in Sydney. He was awarded FRACS in 2012 after successful completion of training. He further underwent post fellowship training in breast and endocrine surgery at the Nepean Hospital, Penrith and the Concord Repatriation Hospital, Sydney.

Dr Rodrigues is a member of BreastsurgANZ, General Surgeons Australia and Australian Medical Association. He is also GESA accredited for endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr Rodrigues feels humbled and privileged to have spent 24 years in general surgery both internationally and various tertiary referral centres in Sydney. Dr Rodrigues will provide care to his patients that will be professional, coordinated, respectful and compassionate.

Dr Rodrigues areas of interest include general surgical, excision of skin lesions and cancer, excision of swellings, ingrown toe nail, haemorrhoid, hernia, gall bladder, endoscopy, colonoscopy, and breast referrals in the clinic.

Dr Saravana I Rajah General Practitioner

Dr Saravana I Rajah has had a long career as Doctor and has worked in general practice in Australia for 22 years. Initially starting his career in general practice in Malaysia, Dr I Rajah later moved to Australia in 1998. Dr I Rajah has special interests in general medicine including psychiatry, chronic disease management and mental health.
